Ingredients



    Pork Tenderloin, 999 grams
    garlic
    ginger
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    zuchinni, 2 cup
    snap peas
    carrots
    Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 8 tbsp

Directions

Dice pork into one inch cubes
spray no stick in large frying pan with a tight lid
Add pork, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Brown
Add onions, carrots and simmer for 5 minutes
Add remaining vegetables and sauce, simmer till vegetables are soft but not mushy. Serve with brown rice.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings - 1.5 cups
