LOTS OF PROTEIN AND GARLIC, yumo LOTS OF PROTEIN AND GARLIC, yumo

Ingredients

    1lb ground beef
    1lb ground turkey
    1 very large onion or 2 to 3 medium
    6 cloves garlic
    2 big cans of spaghetti sauce

Directions

BROWN GROUND BEEF AND GROUND BEEF AND TURKEY. drain AND RINCE UNDER hot WATER, return to pan w/ 1 large onion and stir and crumble until onion is tender and translucent add as many fresh garlic cloves as is to YOUR taste ( I added 6) and 2 cans of canned spaghetti sauce, serve over pasta or spaghetti squash for a low carb option.
