Introduction

This makes a very moist and flavorful dish. The flavors blend well with the Swai Fish. This marinade is also good on chicken and other mild flavored fish. This makes a very moist and flavorful dish. • This was good and I'd make it again. I doubled the recipe to include 4 fillets so the measurements for the soy sauce, brown sugar, water and EVOO came in just under 1/4 cup. Next time I'll cut down on the brown sugar because I found it just a tad too sweet for my taste. - 1/3/12
