IntroductionThis makes a very moist and flavorful dish. The flavors blend well with the Swai Fish. This marinade is also good on chicken and other mild flavored fish. This was good and I'd make it again. I doubled the recipe to include 4 fillets so the measurements for the soy sauce, brown sugar, water and EVOO came in just under 1/4 cup. Next time I'll cut down on the brown sugar because I found it just a tad too sweet for my taste. - 1/3/12
