10 oz Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1/2 tsp Alessi Roasted Garlic puree
3 TBSP Chopped Red Onion
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 TBSP Adobo Sauce
1 tsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning (25% Less Sodium )
1 Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle Cheese wedge - cut into small pieces
1 TBSP Egg Beaters
2 Large Mushrooms, finely chopped
2 TBSP Ortega Diced Jalapenos
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and/or pepper to taste
2 Village Hearth Light Italian Hamburger Buns
Place an oven/baking rack on a sheet pan and spray with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, gently combine Ground turkey with all other ingredients (except buns).
Shape turkey mixture into 2 patties and place on baking rack.
Bake for 15 minutes, gently flip, and bake for 15 minutes more.
If desired, top with extras such as cheese slices, sour cream, onion slices, and/or bell pepper slices (not in nutritional info).
