Taco Casserole

Ingredients

    1-1.5 pounds ground beef
    1/2 white onion, chopped
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tube crescent rolls
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 small bagged tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Saute onion in seprate skillet. Once beef is browned add onion, corn, kidney beans, tomatoes (in juice), taco seasoning and water. Allow to simmer until little to no liquid remains. Press crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x12 baking dish (seal all creases), spread sour cream on top of crescent rolls, top with meat mixture. Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top of meat, then cover with cheese. Bake in oven for 20 minutes covered, uncover for the last 10 minutes. Enjoy!
**If you want it spicy substitue Rotel with green chilis for tomatoes.
