Korean Meat Jun

Ingredients

    2 lbs sirloin tip steak, 2 sprigs green onion (minced), 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 shoyu, 1 clove garlic (minced), dash of black pepper, 5 eggs, .75 c flour

Directions

1. Slice meat into thin (1/4 inch thick) pieces.
2. combine all ingredients except eggs & flour. Soak meat in the sauce for 1 hour or overnight if possible.
3. flour meat, dip in beaten eggs. fry over medium heat in lightly oiled pan until yellow-golden brown.
4. serve with red sauce. Makes 8 servings.
