Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 very heaping Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 very heaping Tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
    2 very heaping Tbsp Flour
    1/2 cup Sugar
    2 cups 2% Milk
    1 Tbsp Butter
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Place both types of cocoa powder, flour and sugar in medium saucepan and stir well 'til combined. Add milk gradually and stir with wire whisk 'til smooth. Cook over high heat, stirring CONSTANTLY and vigorously until it comes to a FULL boil. (Most puddings call for you to cook over medium heat, but as long as you stir vigorously and CONSTANTLY, your pudding will not scorch. Be sure to constantly scrape down sides of pan, too.) Boil for one full minute (continue stirring) and remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla and stir until butter is melted. Pour half cup into each of four small serving dishes. Serve warm or cold. (If you prefer not to have a "skin" form on the top of your pudding, immediately after dividing into serving cups, place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding 'til cooled.) Enjoy!
