Whole wheat pasta, spinach and tomatoes

Introduction

Quick and easy! A weekly staple in my house Quick and easy! A weekly staple in my house
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    About 1.25 pounds of chicken breast
    4 oz of whole wheat pasta
    1 10 oz bag of spinach
    1 cup of sun dried tomatoes
    1 cup marinara sauce
    2 T olive oil
    1 medium tomato or 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
    cherry peppers to taste
    garlic to taste
    italian seasonin to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions
Grill or sautee chicken breast in olive oil with seasoning
Sautee spinach in olive oil with garlic and peppers
When spinach is wilty, add chopped sun dried tomatoes, cherry or medium tomatoes
Add cooked and "chunked" chicken breast and pasta
Mix in tomato sauce and serve.

**Cheese can be added before serving but is not included in the nutrition information.**

Serving Size: Makes 4 1.5 cup servings
