Confetti Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

    4 cups Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Yield of 1 Medium)
    1/2 cup Sliced and Halved Zucchini
    1/2 cup Sliced and Halved Summer Squash
    1/2 cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
    1tsp olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute zucchini and summer squash until done to your liking. Remove from heat, toss with hot spaghetti squash and tomatoes.
