IntroductionLemon Chicken Lemon Chicken
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 ounces
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.05 cup
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.05 cup
Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
*Lemon Juice, 0.05 cup
Parsley, 1 sprigs
Bread chicken by dipping in milk, then flour, then egg (beaten), then bread crumbs mixed with parmesan.
Heat olive oil in pan and fry chicken filet(s) on one side, then flip and cook other side.
Make sauce by melting butter then add lemon juice and parsley, bring to a boil and then simmer for at least 5 minutes. Pour over chicken filet and serve.
Serving Size: 1 filet
