Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts - skinned and boned
    1 8 oz package of lite sour cream
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1 package of ranch dressing mix
    Serve over Brown Rice

Directions

Put chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and ranch dressing and pour over the chicken. Cook 4 hours on high or until chicken is tender.

Serve over brown rice or noodles

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
