Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 c. Splenda
    3-4 teaspoons CoCo
    1-2 teaspoons instant coffee
    3-4 teaspoons Whey Protein Powder
    5-7 ice cubes

Directions

using a mixer/blender combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed and to the consistency of a shake... If you want a vanilla shake leave out the coco and add a little vanilla... You can also use FROZEN strawberries instead of coco for a strawberry shake... Experiment and enjoy!
