1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
cream butter and sugar together
add egg and beat until smooth
add vanilla and almond extracts
stir salt into flour and add to mixture.
Dough will be somewhat like a pastry dough
Roll dough quite thin (1/2 cm), and use a 2" cookie cutter.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until just turning golden on the bottom.
Serving Size: makes 60 cookies (5 doz) 2 cookies per serving
