Introduction

SOOOOOO nutritional and healthy! Low sodium, but potassium-rich, and nothing but YUMMMMMMMM! Serve with low sodium blue corn tortilla chips, such as Nature's Promise or Garden of Eatin' brands..... Ingredients

    1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
    2 15oz cans no salt added petite diced tomatoes
    1 15oz can no salt added black beans, rinsed, drained
    1/2 c diced onion
    8 T fresh cilantro, chopped
    squeeze of lime juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Enjoy with low sodium blue corn tortilla chips! Yummy enough for a meal!
