Simple Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients

1/2 cup Cheese, Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella, Shredded
1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),
1 cup loosely packed grated Cauliflower, cooked
Dried Basil
Dried Oregano
Garlic powder
Ground fennel
Directions
Steam the cauliflower, let it cool and then grate it. Or use a food processor.
Combine grated cauliflower with the mozzarella and egg in a large bowl. Spray a circular or rectangular metal pan with cooking spray before spreading the dough evenly about .25 inch. (Or use non-stick foil.) Sprinkle the dough with fennel, oregano, and basil. Add garlic powder.
Bake at 450° F for 12-15 minutes. Flipping once. Remove the dough from the oven. Add desired toppings and return the pizza to the oven. Turn the heat up to broil and leave in until the cheese has melted and the crust is crispy.
