Hungry Girl Chili Bake

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    Hormel Chili, Less Sodium, with beans, 2 cup (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Silk, Light Plain Soymilk, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Spray a a square 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray cook onions, mushrooms, and corn until soft (approx 3-5 min.) Add tomato sauce and cook for 2 more minutes, add the chili stir well and then evenly distribute into the 9x9 baking dish. In a bowl add the bisquick mix, milk, and egg substitute, whip until smooth and poor over top of chili mixture. Bake until top is lightly browned (approx. 25 minutes.) Let
stand for 5 minutes before serving. A serving is 1/4 of dish. suggested to serve with fat free sour cream.
