Introduction

Simple. Reheatable. Low Fat. Simple. Reheatable. Low Fat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Bag of lentils
    4 Cups of water (or water to cover 4 times)

    2 EACH Small Onions and small potatoes, sliced, garlic cloves
    1 t EACH Oregano, Parsley, Basil
    ½t EACH Salt, Pepper, ground cloves, mustard
    1 bay leaf (remove after cooking)
    Juice of one lemon, plus 1 T of zest

Directions

Directions:
1. Soak lentils in water overnight.
2. Add ingredients to pot. Add more water if necessary
3. Cook 30 minutes, or until lentils and potatoes are soft.
4. Blend with hand mixer until creamy.
5. Add lemon juice and zest.
