9 medium Bell Peppers 1/2 C Onions, chopped 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef 20 oz Tomato Sauce 2 C Brown Rice, instant Garlic Powder, to taste Chili Powder, to taste 1 C Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Cook meat in skillet until done. Drain grease if have any. Add 2 C water and 2 C rice. Put lid on pan and change heat to low and cook for 5 mins. After 5 mins, remove from heat. Chop onions and add to meat mixture. Add tomato sauce and seasoning. Cut tops off peppers and place in casserole dish. Stuff peppers with mixture and add cheese. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
