Ingredients

    *Beef - Stew Meat, 32 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup, 2 cup (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 2 cup (remove)
    *Barilla Ditalini Pasta (cooked), 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Brown Meat in Olive Oil
Add Onion
Add Broth
SImmer ofr 2 hours or more get meat tender
Add sliced/diced vegetables
Let simmer another 25 min
Add pasta
Simmer 10 Min
Serve Hot! with a warm roll
