Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 2 piece
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef slices on bottom of pot.
Season/spice with onion powder, black pepper, Allspice and ground cumin seed.
Add water.
Add green beans (drained).
Mix bread crumbs with Ranch seasoning mix and sprinkle into pot.
Wash/scrub potatoes, quarter and layer atop everything.
Cover and set on Low for about 6 - 6 1/4 hours...
