2 pounds 95% fat free ground beef 1 can campbells tomato soup 1 packet lipton onion soup mix 1/2 c. panko 2 egg whites 1/4 c. water
Mix beef, 1.2 cup tomato soup, bread crumbs, egg in a large bowl. Spray meatloaf pan with Pam, put meatloaf in pan and into 350 oven for 1 hr. and 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes to cool. Heat 2 T. pan drippings with remaining soup and water in saucepan until bubbling. Serve with meatloaf.
