this is a lower fat version of homemade biscuits this is a lower fat version of homemade biscuits
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups flour, 3tsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, 5 tbsp (1/3 cup)cant believe its not butter, 1 cup non fat milk.

Directions

mix dry ingredients. cut in butter until mixture resembles course meal. stir in milk just until mixed. drop by large spoonfuls onto non stick cookie sheet. bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serving Size: makes about 6 large biscuits
