Quiche-spinach bacon mushroom swiss

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 8 large
    Swiss Cheese, 6 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp
    *Hormel Bacon Bits, 3 tbs
    garlic .5 tsp

Directions

Spray pie dish with non-stick spray. Beat eggs with the cream. Defrost spinach and chop. Layer spinach, then mushroom slices. Sprinkle cheese on top. Then pour the egg/cream mixture over all and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 pie-slice servings.
