Ingredients

    1 2/3 cup almond meal/ground almonds
    2/3 cup whey protein (if flavoured use vanilla)
    2/3 cup gluten flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

This makes a batch of bake mix that is 3 cups worth, can be doubled, triples etc as needed. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
