Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 large banana (mashed)

1 cup peanut butter (I use 1 cup of Naturally More Pnut Btr w/ Omega 3 w/flax seed and oil/and 4 tbsp of Skippy Extra Chunky Pnut butter) ...either way you can use whatever pnut butter you like

2 cups of granola (I like back to nature chocolate delight and vanilla almond agave *1 cup of each)

2 to 4 tbsp Flaxseed meal, any brand

1 tbsp of semi sweet mini chocolate chips (OPTIONAL)

Directions

In medium bowl add mashed banana, peanut butter, and flaxseed meal, mix well....add add mixture to granola and mix well

On several sheets of wax paper, if you have a small ice cream scoop or a really big soup spoon, place on wax paper and form roll and wrap,

Freeze for 1 hour, then serve

*NOTE* - I keep in freezer, until I need one, but you can refrigerate as well
