Ingredients

    * Great Value Chicken Broth 12 cups
    * Great Value Mixed Vegetables 4 cups
    * Pictsweet Vegetables for Gumbo, 4 cup
    * great Value Black Beans, 1can15.25 ounces drained and rinsed
    * Great Value Fire roasted green chiles 1 can 4 ounces
    * Wylers Sodium free Chicken flavor, 3 tsp

    SEASONINGS TO TASTE
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle (salt Free)
    Pepper
    Onion Powder
    Cilantro
    Ground Red Pepper

Directions

Simmer all vegetables in olive oil. Coat with spices then add to pot and remaining ingredients. Simmer and season to taste. Make as hot and spicy as you like. You could save calories and cut it back to eighty per serving and a half a gram of fat by not simmering the vegetables in olive oil first.
