Pork and Apple Burgers
Submitted by: ARDUINNAIntroduction
This is a recipe from the Special K Challenge. I use spiced cider to make the sauce as I enjoy the spices. They suggest making it a meal by adding a green salad & roasted potatoes. I also like cabbage or sweet potatoes. This is a recipe from the Special K Challenge. I use spiced cider to make the sauce as I enjoy the spices. 1/2 cup shredded peeled apple
2 tablespoons soft bread crumbs
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup cider
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon paprika, divided
