Turkey meatloaf - individual servings

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 t worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c BBQ sauce
    2 c bread crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Measure 1/2 c mixture into each muffin compartment. Bake about 45 mins or til done.

**freezer idea: instead of baking, place in freezer til solid. Take out of pan and place in freezer safe container to bake another day.
