North African Vegetable and Bean Stew

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Paprika, .125 tsp (remove)
    * *Coriander seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot (remove)
    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup (remove)
    * *Pasta, Barilla Cellentani, 2 oz (remove)
    * Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, .06 cup (remove)

Directions

saute 1 small onion, minced 'til soft - add 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/8 tsp. each cinnamon, coriander, paprika and a tablespoon flour cook until fragrant, add 3 cups vegetable broth and carrot, in 1/2" pieces - bring to boil, simmer for 10 minutes - add 1/4 cup pasta and 1 cup chickpeas and 2 cups frozen chopped kale, simmer for 15 minutes
