Ingredients

2.5 LBS Beef chuck, Boneless Under-blade
    (1) 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes With Green Pepers and Onions

About 1/2 Teaspoon Sazon Seasoning to taste
    1/4 Cup Of Water

Directions

In a slow cooker add your meat and whole can of diced tomatoes with the green peppers and onions included. Add 1/4 a cup of water. Sprinkle in your seasoning, put the top on and turn on the cooker and program it for High. Leave it cook at least 4 hours hen switch to Warm. Boil 1/2 of a 12 oz bag of your Wide Egg Noodles and drain well. Open your sweet peas. You can pre-heat them if you wish to then add them to the slow cooker with the meat and tomatoes. Serve about 1 cup of meat and veg over 1 oz of cooked Egg Noodles..

You can further cut down on fat, caloroies, carbs and sodium by substituting any of the ingredients with other ingredients either canned or fresh. Chicken, Fish and other leaner cuts of beef would be great and change the outcome of the overall calories per serving.
