Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    4 pounds of apples
    1-1.5 cups splenda
    cinnamon to taste
    lemon juice to taste
    3 packets of instant oatmeal - I like Maple Brown sugar

Directions

slice apples into glass baking dish, cover with splenda and cinnamon. spritz with lemon juice. sprinkle oatmeal packet contents. cover and bake @ 350 for about an hour or until fully cooked.

Serving Size: makes 9-10 servings, haven't worked out the oz yet!
