    3/4c. Fiber One Bran Cereal
    2tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1tbsp. Basil
    0.25tsp. Garlic Salt
    0.25tsp. Pepper, black
    1 Egg white
    2tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    4 Chicken Breasts
    1tbsp. Olive Oil


Place cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and finely crush.In shallow bowl, mix cereal, cheese, basil, garlic salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, mix egg white and mustard until blended. Dip chicken pieces into egg white mixture, then coat well with cereal mixture; Drizzle oil over chicken. Lay flat and freeze. When frozen, place in freezer bag.
To Serve: Thaw and bake at 400 degree 20 to 25 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170F).
