Ingredients

    1lb. Turkey or Chicken Sausage
    2c. Apples, diced
    1/2c. Carrots, chopped
    3c. Brown Rice, Long-Grain
    1/2c. Raisins
    1tbsp. Parsley
    1tbsp. Brown Sugar
    1/2tsp. Allspice
    1/2tsp. Cinnamon
    1/4tsp. Pepper
    1/3c. Chicken Broth, Reduced-Fat

Directions

Combine all ingredients and divide equally among indicated number or freezer bags. Freeze. To serve: Thaw. Place in slow cooker on low for 5-7 hours or on high 3-4 hours. (If putting in slow cooker frozen, add 1-3 hours.)
