Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna packed in water, drained
    1 can artichoke hearts in water, chopped
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 can chickpeas, rinsed and crushed
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    1/2 jar jalapeno peppers chopped
    3 tbsp lite mayo

Directions

Throw all prepared ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 cups of filling, 1 cup per serving
