Introduction

This is a slow simmer soup, and we like to put it over very skinny noodles and have a slice of french bread for dipping. This is a slow simmer soup, and we like to put it over very skinny noodles and have a slice of french bread for dipping.

Ingredients

    onion
    celery
    carrots
    bag mixed vegetables
    Petite cut diced tomatoes
    6 oz cooked chicken breast meat
    chicken broth or sometimes we use beef broth
    enough water to cover

Directions

saute onion, celery and carrots in dutch oven (I use olive oil spray, I didn't see it in the choices, so I avg. about 37 calories at most!)
add broth
add mixed vegetables and tomatoes and chicken
add additional water to thin out flavors
add spices you like.
