Homemade Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

    6 baking potatoes
    3 Tbsp margarine
    3/4 cup of skim milk
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Peel and boil potatoes for 30-40 minutes on low/med. heat. Once cooked, mash potatoes with butter, milk, salt and pepper.
