Introduction

Shrimp stir fry with peppers and rice. Shrimp stir fry with peppers and rice.

Ingredients

    Baby Pepppers (Red & Orange) 18 baby peppers
    Scallions, raw, 2 large
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Shrimp, raw, 40 medium
    Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1/4 cup
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, 1 dash
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Wash all produce.
Julienne peppers into mini strips
Dice and chop the scallions
Detail, de-vein shrimp
Place everything in a bowl and then pour over top the lemon juice, Teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.

Heat wok-like pan on Medium on stove top, then add the 2 tbsp olive oil then dump in the prepared food, saute until cooked.

Boil water and add rice, turn off heat and cover. Allow rice to soak up water/fluff up.
