Riki's Apple Bread

Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Salt, half tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Apples, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Directions

Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix together flours, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon and add to the sugar mix and combine. Add chopped, peeled apples and vanilla to the mix and combine. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 352 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes. Makes approximately 24 servings.
