Ingredients

    4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
    150g rolled oats
    30g puffed rice
    60g bran flakes
    120g sunflower-seed kernels
    130g sultanas/raisins
    90g currants
    80g chopped dried peaches
    80 g slivered almonds

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large container and shake to combine, then serve with low fat milk.
