Bakery pizza dough
Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni Slices
Directions
Let dough "proof" for at least an hour,
Preheat oven to 400.
Wet your hands with a little olive oil to stretch & pull out pizza dough on cookie sheet (get an insulated one)
& spread the sauce, the cheese & the pepperoni slices.
Cook about 20 mints or until done, dough edge will have a hollow sound when knocked upon.
Enjoy with a salad!
Serving Size: makes 12 little pieces~ 4 is plenty
