My Quesadillas

Ingredients

    2.5 oz chicken breast
    2 Tortillas (7 inch)
    1/4 c green onion
    1/2 c red/green pepper combined
    1/4 c tomato
    1/3 c Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Saute chicken in oil until almost brown. Add peppers and green onion. Saute until veggies are tender/crisp. Remove from heat, put chicken/veggie mixture in a bowl, wipe pan clean and add 1 tortilla to pan. Add chicken/veggies to tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top and put the other tortilla on top. Flip tortilla carefully after a few minutes to the other side to heat completely through and brown tortilla.
Cut into quarters.
