Low-Fat, Low-Calorie Fried Apples

Introduction

Sweet and delicious without the fat and calories and carbs of regular fried apples. Sweet and delicious without the fat and calories and carbs of regular fried apples.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 5 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
    Spray Margarine, 1 spray, 10 serving
    Brown Sugar Splenda, 1.5 tsp or to taste
    apple pie spice, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Wash and slice apples thinly. Spray skillet with Spray margarine. Add brown sugar Splenda and spice. Add apple slices stirring to coat. You may want to add a little water to keep from sticking or to make saucy. Fry til apples softened, stirring constantly. For a dessert add whip topping. (Not included in nutritional facts)
