Honey Mustard Kielbasa & Potatoes

I substituted Turkey Kielbasa (or smoked turkey sausage) to cut the fat. The sauce is delicious!

I substituted Turkey Kielbasa (or smoked turkey sausage) to cut the fat. The sauce is delicious!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
    1/4 cup honey mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 lb turkey kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
    4 red potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
    1 large onion, sliced

Directions

Heat oven to 400

Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended

Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow pan. Drizzle with broth mixture; toss to coat.

Bake 55 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve witha bright-colored hot steamed vegetable, such as carrots or broccoli.
