Banana Split Wraps

Introduction

This is a decadent dessert. It is a little higher in calories but not too high of a fat count.
It is really good with a little vanilla icecream or yogurt , but it isn't added in the calorie count.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    ~ 1/2 Large Banana

    ~ 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

    ~ 3 tbsps Low-fat Peanut Butter

    ~ 2 Whole Wheat Flax Wraps

    ~ 2 tbsps Strawberry Jelly

    ~ 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar

    ~ Butter Flavoured Cooking Spray

Directions

~ Lay out wraps on the counter.
~ Spread 1 1/2 tbsps of Peanut Butter on each wrap.
~ Spread 1 tbsp of jelly on top of the PB on each wrap.
~ Cut the Banana in half again lengthwise and place one half in the middle of each wrap.
~ Sprinkle half of the Chocolate Chips over each of the Bananas.
~ Fold ends of wrap in. Then fold on wrap the sides in.
~ Heat a non-stick frying pan on the stove, spray the pan with the cooking spray. Put each of the wrap, seam side down, into pan. Cook until lightly browned.
~ Spray the top of the wraps with spray then flip over and brown that side.

Cut the wraps in half and put them on plates. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the wraps.

Serving Size: Makes 4 ,1/2 Wrap, servings
