Introduction

This is great on toast, or any open faced sandwich. I used a one cup food processor to make this. Also, I grind my own peanut butter at the co-op. It could also be used as a vege dip for celery or as you please. It IS sweet. This is great on toast, or any open faced sandwich. I used a one cup food processor to make this. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 medium banana
    3 oz. Mori-nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
    3 TBsp fresh ground peanut butter
    Pinch of Cinnamon
    1/2 pinch nutmeg

Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor
Pulse until blended
Then continuous blending until smooth and creamy and spices are thoroughly mixed in

Next time I will try a bit more cinnamon

Serving Size: Makes 1 Cup = 8 two tbsp servings
