Introduction

I love this version of tuna salad with veggies and cheese. You can add in just about any veggies-sometimes I throw in some thawed frozen peas, broccoli, or diced tomatoes. Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    *Miracle Whip Lite Dressing, 2 tbsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Baby Carrots, raw, 3 large
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    1 green onion
    1/8 cup sharp shredded cheddar

Directions

Drain your tuna, finely chop your veggies and egg, mix it all together and serve it on some toasted wheat bread.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings
