Ingredients

    141/2 oz delmonte stewed tomatoes(chopped)I use food chopper
    28 oz low sodium , ff beef broth or 3 beef cubes,low sodium
    I'm useing fresh green beans but u can use canned 1 can
    3/4 cup raw carrots sliced
    3/4 cup chopped celery raw
    2 medium potatos cut small
    4 tabl ketsup
    1 tabl low sodium soy sauce
    1and1/2 cups green cabbage cut up(I don't put this in till last 15 min of cooking)
    Beef pot roast 8 oz (lean) left over from the night befour
    chopped raw onions(1/2 cup)
    garlic powder
    dash thyme
    2 tabl chili powder
    cumin powder(dash)
    1 splenda packet
    3/4 cup canned corn

Directions

I use a pot roast that was leftover from the night befour a lean rump roast, start cutting all your veggies add to pot, u can sautee these in pan first if u like I just throw all in a pot, then add beef broth, all spices, meat, cook for 1and1/2hrs, last 15 min add your cabbage, enjoy 2 cups = 1 serving!
