Introduction

This velvet-y pumpkin peanut butter mousse satisfies your sweet tooth without the sugar and fat of traditional desserts. Stevia and PB2 (powdered peanut butter) stand in for their more glutonous counterparts in this luxurious and healthy indulgence. Ingredients

    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2 Tbs PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
    1 Tbs chia seed
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 packets of Stevia in the Raw
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix, blender or food processor. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to high. Blend for 60 seconds. Transfer to separate container. Let cool in fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.
