Ingredients

    Italian Salad dressing, 2 tbsp
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large
    Green Olives, 30 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato
    Cucumber (with peel), 115 grams
    ASDA Herb Salad 120g, 45 gram(s)


    Pork Tenderloin, 425 grams
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Dried Oragano, 1 dash
    White Wine, 50 mL
    Asda Green Pesto, 10 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp

Directions

Make the salad and put it on a serving plate.
The salad shoud contian, 2 tomatoes diced, 115 g cucumber diced and 45g Herb salad and the dressing. cut the boiled eggs in 4 slices each and put them on top and garnish with 1tbsp of pited green olives.

In a bowl, mix the dices pork with salt, pepper, soya sauce and the Dried Oragano. Leave to marinade for couple minutes. In a pan, heat the oil and toss in the meat and brown for couple minutes, then add the wine and the pesto. Stir for couple minute untill the meat is cooked, keeping some of the sauce. put it on the plate with the salad,
