Ingredients

Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 cup (remove)
*Summer Squash, 3 small (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1. cup, chopped (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 4.5 oz (remove)
*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Directions
Dice all veggies. Saute in Olive Oil, add chopped Turkey Sausage. Continue to saute until Turkey Sausage is heated. Add Egg Substitute. Continue to cook until Egg Substitute is completely cooked.
